Request account deletion

This page applies to ElimuStar accounts used through the website and Android application.

Send your request

Email support@elimustar.com from the address associated with your account. Include:

Your school name and school code
Your ElimuStar username or account email
A clear statement that you want the account deleted

What happens next

We will verify the request with you and the relevant school administrator. Once approved, the user account and personal profile data associated with it will be deleted or anonymised.

Some school records may need to be retained by the school for legal, safeguarding, financial, examination, security, or audit obligations. The school will explain any required retention.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified requests within 30 days unless additional verification or a lawful retention requirement applies.
